What is a Training Day?

A Training Day involves you dropping off your dog with me in the morning and you coming to collect them in the afternoon. Upon collection, you get a free 60 – 90 minute one to one session where you can learn the different techniques and skills that have been used to train your dog so that you can replicate the training. If you scroll down, you will see an example of what a training day would like.

Homework will also be given to you so that you can replicate the training that has been done with your dog.

Why Choose a Training Day?

This is a great option for those of you who don’t live close enough for consistent one to one sessions or for those of you who do live close by, it is also a great opportunity for you and your dog since way more can be achieved in one training day than in one 1-2-1 session.

Preparation for the Training Day

If your dog has aggression issues towards dogs, you will receive instructions on muzzle conditioning your dog before the training day occurs. If your dog has aggression issues towards people then a training day is not suitable for your dog – instead, 1-2-1 sessions should be done.
